      Great interview. The Judge explains freedom as superior to liberty, which is conditional, and says Dr. Paul agrees with him. No wonder his show is called Freedom Watch, but why didn’t Ron Paul call his book Freedom Defined? It seems Ron Paul actually prefers liberty and to the contrary may actually have a different definition. Or is there a reason Ron Paul focuses on liberty rather than freedom? Is it because Dr. Paul deals with issues of government protecting liberty more than freedom from natural law?

        No, @John Washington. IMO to answer your latter question it is because liberty from the threat of state force is first necessary, or perhaps most urgent at this time.
