Ben Swann has been a beacon of hope in this age of punditry and talking heads. How many times have you switched from channel to channel to find the same contrived stories told the same exact way. Then we found Ben. This is how the news used to be told and should be again. Thank you Ben! Thank you a thousand times.

How is it that Fox allows you the freedom to do what you do when it is part of the MSM and the MSM generally straightjackets their employees?

The last part, where he points out that these local party organizations are trying to make the convention delegate slates match the percentages that came out of their state’s primary or caucus is very enlightening to me. I always viewed a state primary as being very ‘official’; that it somehow was the genuine voice of the people. Now, it seems that the conventions are the seat of decision making, and completely disconnected from the primary races. If things keep going as they are, we may see a change in the election process within the states.

Really like Ben’s work. Actually, the “4th Branch of Government” is the grand jury. While journalists are investigating, they have doors slammed in their face. As a witness, do that to a grand jury, and you go to jail. In addition, what can an investigative journalist do when they see criminal behavior? Publish yes (ie…Woodward & Bernstein.) However, a grand jury, holds the power of “indictment.” For more on the power of the grand jury… and that you can submit a complaint to a grand jury….
