      Still lots of questions. Who is responsible for raising the nomination signatories from delegates? What is the process for presenting that nomination? Who is it given to? What are the time limits? Where should it be done? I only ask these questions because I get the feeling that some states that could nominate Paul may fail to do so – or fail to do it correctly – simply because they may not know and nobody takes responsibility.

      Delegates who favor Ron Paul, regardless of to whom they are pledged, should visibly identify themselves at the convention. They could wear gold caps or by some other means, let the nation and other delegates know how widespread the support for Ron Paul really is.

      That sounds encouraging… A lot can happen between now and Tampa. Republicans are not singing the song of Romney right now and he does not seem to want to come clean regarding his core convictions about the role of government.

      The binding is State rule only. The State party enforces those, not the RNC.

      Ben Swann, please stop publishing that Ron Paul has a plurality. Nebraska has no plurality. Colorado has no plurality. And Massachusettes has no plurality. You need to talk to delegates from those state. So please stop, you are giving everyone a false sense of security.

        Nevada, Maine, Minnesota, Louisana, Iowa.
        How does that include NE, CO or MA ?

        If slates are decided before nomination, he may have several more, like OK. Rule 40 also allows delegates to nominate Paul for VP. It’s not false hope Pat, it’s giving it hell down to the last chance.

        Remember, it’s the national convention where the nominee is chosen, not in Massachusetts, and certainly not CNN nor Fox News.
